Robert M. Seines has extensive experience representing Tribal agencies and individuals in Tribal Court. Rob has the utmost respect for the sovereignty of Indian Tribes and the jurisdiction of their courts.
Rob is currently a Practitioner in Residence in the Federal Indian Law Clinical Program at Gonzaga University School of Law and he has lectured to Washington State Court Judges about the jurisdiction of Tribal Courts in family law cases.
